Agel Diamond Directors, Julie Mirr and Dr. Tim Berry found network marketing as a vehicle to personal freedom and opportunity. Prior to network marketing, Julie was a paralegal and mother of 3 kids and Tim was a family physician with 2 kids. They met in a previous company and experienced success as Top Producers and Top Earners both individually and as a team.
After 15 years of combined experience, they began to realize they were in a no-growth company without the potential for long term residual income or security. For years they had been huge fans of Randy Gage's training philosophy and instructional material, so when they heard he was getting back in the network marketing business, they were drawn to check out Agel. Personally hearing Glen Jensen, Agel's CEO and Craig Bradley, President of Agel, share their vision was all they needed. They found everything they were looking for in Agel, including the experienced management team, financial backing, international presence, innovative product concept, business building systems and tools, and lucrative pay plan.
